What you can write to us about

• A bug: the timer does not start, the results look wrong, or a mode such as Blind, Mirror, Code or Numbers does not work as expected.
• A suggestion: a new test duration, a new text mode, or a change that would make the test easier to use.
• A correction: a typo, a wrong word in a text, or an unclear explanation on the site.
• A general question: how the WPM or accuracy score is shown, or how the site works.

How to help us fix a problem faster

If you report a bug, please tell us:

1. which browser and device you use,
2. which duration and mode you selected,
3. what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Please do not send passwords or other sensitive personal information by email.

Response time

TypeRift is run by a small independent team. We usually reply within a few business days. Some messages may take longer, especially when we need to investigate a problem.
